All decisions regarding the purchase, installation, or modification of a home lift are made solely between you and the provider. You should independently verify all information and carry out your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a provider.

All prices, cost estimates, and price ranges shown on the Aussie Home Lifts website are indicative industry estimates only. They do not constitute quotes, offers, or pricing guarantees. These figures are provided for general informational purposes to give you a sense of typical market ranges.

Once you submit a quote request, your details -- such as your name, contact information, and project specifications -- are placed into a shared provider pool. Multiple verified home lift providers registered on our platform can review your enquiry and assess whether it aligns with the services they offer.

Each provider makes their own independent decision about which enquiries to pursue. When a provider chooses to respond, they acquire access to your contact details and will reach out to you directly to discuss your requirements and offer a quote.

Please note that submitting an enquiry does not guarantee you will receive a quote. Whether a provider chooses to contact you and offer a quotation is entirely at their discretion. Our role is to facilitate the connection, but we are unable to guarantee any particular outcome or response.

We have no control over the pricing, service quality, or contractual terms offered by any provider. All quotations, discussions, and agreements take place directly between you and the provider. We recommend obtaining and comparing multiple quotes before making a decision.

7. Provider Relationships

Home lift providers listed on or connected through Aussie Home Lifts are independent third-party businesses. We are not liable for:

• The products, services, pricing, or conduct of any listed provider
• The quality of workmanship, installation, or after-sales support provided
• Any representations, warranties, or guarantees made by a provider
• Any disputes, claims, or losses arising from your dealings with a provider
• The accuracy of any information supplied by a provider

Any contract for the supply or installation of a home lift is between you and the provider. We strongly advise that you verify provider credentials, insurance, licences, and references before entering into any agreement.

8. User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: all information you submit through our forms, quiz, or communications must be truthful and correct
• Be at least 18 years of age: you must be 18 or older to use our services and submit enquiries
